M365 Outlook Web Apps Message Recall in Action

Earlier I discovered that M365 Outlook Web App updated with a message recall function. I managed to test it as I find it have some enhances over traditional one.

I found Recall feature in M365 Outlook Web App will send us an email report which summarize the recall status instead of sending us one report per recipient. It looks nicer and easier to understand. But I find the recall function is essentially the same which only able to recall email that not yet opened or not using Exchange.

Just to summarize the recall may fail if:

1. You recipient is not using Exchange, like Gmail. But they may get an email message like this.
2. The recipient already opened the message.
